Booking and cancellation

Rooms are booked on our own booking page and confirmed straight away. Rates are quoted in US dollars, per night, for each bungalow or suite.

Rates and seasons

From December 1 to April 14, Oceanfront Bungalows are US$449 a night and Garden Suites are US$349. From April 15 to November 30 they are US$374 and US$274. Every night includes a US$150 credit for food, beverage and spa at The Cliff Hotel & Spa next door.

Taxes

General Consumption Tax of 10% and the Jamaican Guest Accommodation Room Tax of US$1 per room per night are added at checkout.

Deposit and payment

50% of the total is charged when you book and the balance is due on arrival. A booking that is not paid is released.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and we return the deposit in full. Within 30 days the deposit is not refunded, and nights not taken after arrival are charged.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is from 3pm and departure is by noon. Tell us your flight times and we will do what we can to help with an early arrival or a late departure.

Occupancy

Each bungalow and each suite sleeps two guests. The minimum stay is one night.

House rules

Two guests per unit. No smoking indoors. The property sits on cliffs above the sea, so please take care near the edge and keep children supervised at all times. Quiet after 10pm out of consideration for other guests.

Privacy policy

Orchid Point is a small property in Negril, Jamaica. We only collect the information you choose to send us, and we use it only to answer you and look after your stay or event.

What we collect

When you use the inquiry form on our weddings and events page, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your event date, the number of guests, and anything you write about your plans. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you share in that message or call.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to plan and confirm your stay or event, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

Your inquiry goes straight to our team by email. If your stay or event includes services at The Cliff Hotel & Spa next door, such as dining, bars, or spa treatments, we share only what they need to take care of you.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are useful, including when someone sends a wedding inquiry, taps our phone number or email address, or completes a booking on our booking page, which is run by Beds24. We advertise on Google, and we use this information to see which of our ads lead to bookings. We do not use advertising cookies, and we never sell this information or share it for anyone else's advertising.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil are only measured with cookies after they choose Accept in the cookie banner. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on unless you choose Decline. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and booking correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will take care of it.
