Orchid Point is a small property in Negril, Jamaica. We only collect the information you choose to send us, and we use it only to answer you and look after your stay or event.

What we collect

When you use the inquiry form on our weddings and events page, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your event date, the number of guests, and anything you write about your plans. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you share in that message or call.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to plan and confirm your stay or event, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

Your inquiry goes straight to our team by email. If your stay or event includes services at The Cliff Hotel & Spa next door, such as dining, bars, or spa treatments, we share only what they need to take care of you.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and booking correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will take care of it.
